Scandinavia has 4 very distinct seasons. The summers are beautiful, warm and sunny without ever being unbearably hot and humid. It is ideal gardening weather. The winters although cold are never the less crisp, clear and dry, perfect for all winter activities. For the less active it's an ideal time for sitting in front of a roaring fire and relaxing with a good book. Autumn is beautiful as the forests change from green to shades of gold and brown. Spring sees the countryside bursting into life with the trees and fields every shade of green imaginable. With many trees in blossom it makes a truly breathtaking vista.
